Valparaiso street art

Greetings! In this post, I'm sharing my photos of some cool street art that I've seen in Valparaiso, Chile. I'll let you be the judge and decide if you like any of them.

You might also like Santiago street art.

What do you think of Valparaiso street art? Would you like to have more street art in your town or city? I'd love to read your comments.

  2. Oh, my goodness. Like a gallery of art all about town. Would love to know more about how these murals come to be. Do the owners of the buildings hire artists? Or paint the art themselves? Here in El Paso, that is a great deal of graffiti, some of it welcome and some not so much. These pieces are truly beautiful and must require a great deal of time to create. Thank you for sharing.

    1. It's a combo of hired artists and DIY art, Leslie. What I shared is just a fraction of the street art in Valparaiso. That city is a photographer's dream. Thank you for stopping by.

  3. It's so cool that towns decorate themselves like this. I'd love to see more of this and less of just boring old buildings

  11. I adore Street Art. What a gorgeous gallery. I especially love the piece showcased in the first three pictures. It looks like a Seth Globepainter, but I can not find the piece anywhere else on-line to confirm.
